Novo presented us with an exciting challenge: how to translate the bold, maximalist design aesthetics of their beer and kombucha labels into a website that enhances the in-house experience
for users.
We guided the team through a comprehensive discovery process, reviewing both quantitative and qualitative UX insights. We also examined customer personas, current branding, and conducted a competitive analysis. The final step involved securing approval on the wireframes.
We eliminated the need for users to pinch and zoom into PDF menus by introducing easily updatable menu lists with food images. We also simplified finding the nearest taproom or restaurant with an intuitive store locator. Additionally, we streamlined the online booking process and added a seamless online ordering feature for greater convenience.
Our rapid prototypes enabled the Nova team to explore the site, test micro interactions, and engage with the enhanced information architecture, ensuring they had a clear vision of the final product before we entered the development phase.
We'd love to discuss your next project. Drop us a line to get started!
