How It Works
All merchandise sold through Mithril Media is print-to-order. When you place an order, it is sent to our third-party fulfillment partner who prints, packages, and ships the item directly to you. Because every item is made specifically for your order, production typically begins within 1–3 business days.
Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. A flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 is applied per order. Once your item has been printed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated delivery times:
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
- Total estimated time: 5–12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and we do not have direct control over shipping timelines or carrier delays. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are custom printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@mithrilmedia.io. Include your order reference number and photos of the issue, and we will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit (no tracking updates for 7+ business days after shipment), contact us at support@mithrilmedia.io and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.
