Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mithril Media website at mithrilmedia.io (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Site.

Services

Mithril Media provides digital design, development, marketing, and consulting services, as well as an online shop for branded merchandise. These Terms apply to your use of the Site and any services or products offered through it.

Orders & Payments

When you place an order through our shop, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, shipping address, and payment details. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the total amount (including applicable shipping fees) to your selected payment method. All sales are final unless the item is received damaged or defective (see our Shipping & Returns Policy).

Print-to-Order Products

All merchandise is produced on a print-to-order basis by a third-party fulfillment partner. Production begins once your order is confirmed and payment is processed. Because items are custom-made, cancellations after order confirmation may not be possible.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software — is the property of Mithril Media or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, mine, or otherwise extract data from the Site without permission

Third-Party Services

The Site integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Printful (order fulfillment), and Mailgun (email). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mithril Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Site or purchases made through it shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mithril Media and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
