The Chula Vista Entertainment Complex is an ambitious development project that will bring more than 165,000 square feet of world-class production facilities to the South Bay. A project of this scale needs a digital presence that can communicate vision, build trust, and capture attention from two very different audiences: investors looking for opportunity and creators looking for space. Mithril built a site worthy of the development it represents, using immersive design and clear information architecture to serve both.

How we got there
The Problem
- Lack of digital presence to help the community understand what is being built
- No lead capture for potential creators looking to rent creative space
- Missed opportunities for investors to learn more about the project and investment opportunities
The Solution
We built a visually immersive website anchored by interactive 3D renderings of the development phases, allowing visitors to see the future being built in real time. Separate pathways and calls to action were designed for investors and creators, ensuring each audience finds the information most relevant to them without confusion. A subscription waitlist and investor inquiry workflow were integrated to capture leads at every stage of the development timeline. The overall UX was designed with subtle interactivity throughout to maintain engagement and reflect the scale and sophistication of the project itself.
