Frequencies Studio is San Diego's premier podcast production studio and event space, but without a digital presence, the reputation could only travel as far as word of mouth. Potential clients had no way to understand what the studio offered, what equipment was available, or how to book time without back-and-forth over phone or email. Mithril built a website that makes the studio's atmosphere felt before you walk through the door, and makes booking a session as easy as a few clicks.

How we got there
The Problem
- No online presence to attract new customers
- Lack of information available about what services are available and what equipment is provided
- Too much back and forth to book a client
The Solution
We built Frequencies a complete digital presence from scratch, starting with a visual identity for the web that captures the dark, professional energy of the studio itself. A full services and equipment overview was created so prospective clients can evaluate the space and its offerings without a phone call. An integrated online booking and checkout flow was built directly into the site, allowing clients to select their space, choose their time slot, and complete their booking entirely self-serve. This removed the dependency on manual back-and-forth scheduling and eliminated the need for dedicated sales staffing for routine bookings.
